생활측정도구는 센서 측정과 기록을 기기에서 처리하며 저장한 측정값·메모·사용자 지정 제목·고정 상태를 운영자 서버로 보내지 않습니다.

1. 개인정보처리자, 보호책임자 및 처리 목적

앱은 핵심 기능 제공, 사용자 설정·기록의 기기 내 보관, 광고 제공, 앱 사용 분석, 오류 진단 및 안정성 개선을 위해 필요한 최소 범위의 정보를 처리합니다. 앱은 계정 생성이나 로그인을 제공하지 않습니다. 따라서 삭제할 개발자 계정 데이터가 없습니다.

앱은 무료 제공을 위해 Google AdMob 광고를 사용할 수 있습니다. 인앱 결제와 구독은 제공하지 않습니다.

2. 기기 내 처리 정보

앱은 사용자가 저장한 측정값 기록을 기기 안에 저장할 수 있습니다. 앱은 자체 서버를 운영하지 않으며 측정값 기록을 운영자 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 사용자는 앱 안에서 저장된 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
측정 기록에는 도구 종류·기본 제목·측정값·메모·사용자 지정 제목·고정 상태·저장 시각이 포함되며 기기 내 UserDefaults에 JSON으로 저장됩니다.
소음측정기는 실시간 음량 수준 계산에만 마이크를 사용합니다. 앱은 녹음 파일을 저장하지 않습니다. 앱은 마이크 오디오를 운영자 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
현재 버전의 앱은 위치 정보를 요청하지 않습니다. 나침반은 자북 기준 방향 센서를 사용합니다.
광고 동의 관리에는 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP) SDK를 사용합니다.

3. 권한과 선택권

ATT는 Apple의 추적 권한이며 개인정보 국외 이전에 관한 별도 동의를 대신하지 않습니다. 사용자가 추적을 허용하면 광고 식별자(IDFA)가 개인화 광고와 광고 성과 측정에 사용될 수 있습니다. 추적을 거부해도 앱의 핵심 기기 내 기능은 사용할 수 있으며 광고는 개인화되지 않거나 제한된 형태로 표시될 수 있습니다.

4. 광고, 분석 및 충돌 진단

앱별 기기 내 콘텐츠 경계는 2항을 따릅니다. 운영자가 정의하는 분석 이벤트와 오류 메타데이터에는 해당 콘텐츠, 파일명 또는 파일 경로를 넣지 않는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.

Google SDK 연동은 개별 서비스 약관과 설정에 따라 운영자가 맡긴 처리위탁·보관과 Google의 직접수집이 함께 포함될 수 있습니다. 아래 국외 처리 근거는 운영자가 Google에 처리를 맡기는 범위에 적용하며, Google이 독립된 개인정보처리자로 직접 수집하는 범위는 Google의 약관·처리방침과 적용 법령을 따릅니다. 두 경우 모두 사용자가 실제 SDK 처리를 알 수 있도록 함께 공개합니다.

6. Google을 통한 개인정보 국외 처리

운영자가 처리위탁·보관하는 범위의 법적 근거: 서비스 제공 계약의 체결·이행에 필요한 경우 개인정보 보호법 제28조의8 제1항 제3호 가목과 처리방침 공개, 별도 국외 이전 동의를 받는 경우 같은 항 제1호
Google 직접수집 범위: 개인정보보호위원회 안내에 따르면 국외 사업자가 정보주체로부터 직접 수집하는 행위는 국내 개인정보처리자의 국외이전과 구분됩니다. 이 범위는 Google의 개인정보처리방침과 적용 법령에 따르며, 본 방침은 투명성을 위해 관련 SDK 처리 내용을 함께 알립니다.

보유기간: Firebase Analytics 사용자/이벤트 수준 데이터는 운영자가 Firebase에서 설정한 기간(최대 14개월), Crashlytics 충돌 스택과 관련 식별자는 90일 후 삭제 절차를 시작합니다. 광고 데이터와 집계·법정 보존 정보는 Google 정책·서비스 설정 또는 목적 달성 시까지 보관됩니다.
거부 방법 및 효과: ATT·UMP 개인정보 옵션·iOS 광고 설정에서 개인화 광고와 추적을 제한할 수 있고, 운영자 이메일로 권리행사를 요청할 수 있습니다. 거부해도 핵심 기기 내 기능은 사용할 수 있으나 광고가 제한되거나 비개인화될 수 있고, 분석·오류 진단의 일부 처리는 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서 계속될 수 있습니다. 앱 삭제 시 향후 SDK 전송은 중단되지만 이미 이전된 정보는 Google 보유정책에 따라 삭제됩니다.

7. 보유기간, 데이터 삭제 및 파기

기기 내 정보는 2항의 기간 동안 보관되며 사용자가 앱 기능에서 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제하면 iOS 동작 방식에 따라 제거됩니다. 운영자가 별도 원본 사본을 보유하지 않으므로 복구할 수 없습니다. 임시 파일은 목적 달성 후 즉시 또는 앱별로 명시한 정리 시점에 파일 삭제 방식으로 파기합니다. Google 처리 정보는 6항의 기간과 Google 삭제 절차를 따릅니다.

8. 정보주체의 권리와 행사 방법

사용자는 앱 안에서 기기 내 정보를 열람·정정·삭제·초기화할 수 있습니다. 개인정보의 열람, 정정·삭제, 처리정지, 동의 철회 또는 국외 처리 관련 문의는 hapinesspang@gmail.com로 요청할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 필요한 경우 요청자 확인을 위한 최소 정보만 요청하고 관련 법령의 기한과 절차에 따라 답변합니다. 법령상 제한 사유가 있으면 그 사유와 이의제기 방법을 안내합니다.

9. 안전성 확보 조치

10. 아동 및 대상 연령

현재 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 주된 대상으로 기획하거나 운영하지 않으며 아동의 계정·이름·연락처를 수집하지 않습니다.

11. 권리구제

먼저 개인정보 보호책임자에게 문의할 수 있으며, 해결되지 않는 경우 개인정보보호위원회, 개인정보침해 신고센터, 개인정보분쟁조정위원회의 상담·신고·조정 절차를 이용할 수 있습니다.

12. 방침 변경 및 문의

기능, SDK, 처리 항목 또는 법적 요구가 변경되면 시행 전에 이 페이지나 앱의 배포 정보를 통해 변경 내용을 알립니다. 개인정보 관련 문의: hapinesspang@gmail.com

Home Measurement Toolkit Privacy Policy

Home Measurement Toolkit processes sensor readings and saved records on the device and does not send saved values, memos, custom titles, or pin state to an operator server.

1. Controller, privacy officer, and purposes

The app processes the minimum information needed to provide its core features, retain user settings and records on the device, deliver ads, understand app usage, diagnose errors, and improve stability. The app does not provide account creation or login, so there is no developer account data to delete.

The app uses Google AdMob ads to remain free and does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.

2. Information processed on the device

The app can store measurement records saved by the user on the device. The app does not operate a developer server and does not transmit saved measurement records to a developer-operated server. Users can delete saved records inside the app.
Saved measurements contain tool type/default title, value, memo, custom title, pinned state, and saved time, encoded as JSON in on-device UserDefaults.
The sound meter uses the microphone only for live level calculation. The app does not save audio recordings. The app does not transmit microphone audio to a developer-operated server.
The current version of the app does not request location permission. The compass uses heading relative to magnetic north.
Ad consent is managed with the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK.

The operator does not collect that on-device content on its own server and intentionally excludes the following from advertising, analytics, and diagnostics events:

3. Permissions and choices

Refusing tracking does not disable core on-device features; ads may be non-personalized or limited.

4. Advertising, analytics, and crash diagnostics

The app-specific on-device boundaries in Section 2 apply. Operator-defined analytics events and error metadata must not contain that content, filenames, or file paths.

5. Third-Party Services and International Processing: processors, SDK direct collection, and disclosure

Depending on the service terms and settings, Google SDK integration may include both processing/storage entrusted by the operator and collection by Google as an independent controller. The international-transfer basis below applies to the scope entrusted by the operator; Google's direct collection follows Google's terms, privacy policy, and applicable law. Both are disclosed so users can understand the SDK processing that actually occurs.

These services include Google User Messaging Platform SDK, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics.

6. International processing by Google

Legal basis for processing/storage entrusted by the operator for users in Korea: Article 28-8(1)(3)(a) of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act where necessary to form and perform the service contract and disclosed in this policy; Article 28-8(1)(1) where separate international-transfer consent is obtained
Google direct collection: PIPC guidance distinguishes collection directly from the data subject by an overseas provider from an international transfer by the domestic controller. That scope follows Google's privacy policy and applicable law and is disclosed here for transparency.

Data: advertising, app-instance/device identifiers, product interactions, approximate location, crash, and diagnostic information described in Section 4
Countries: the United States and countries where Google or its subprocessors maintain facilities. Firebase services without location selection may use Google's global infrastructure. Current locations are published in the Google data-center and Firebase subprocessor lists.
Timing/method: encrypted network transmission during ad requests, consent updates, analytics events, and error/crash reports
Purposes: ad delivery and measurement, fraud prevention, consent management, usage analytics, error diagnosis, and stability
Retention: Firebase Analytics user/event data follows the period configured by the operator in Firebase (up to 14 months). Crashlytics begins deleting crash stacks and associated identifiers after 90 days. Advertising, aggregate, and legally required data follow Google policies/settings or remain until the purpose is fulfilled.
Refusal and effect: limit personalized ads and tracking using ATT, UMP privacy options, and iOS ad settings, or email the operator to exercise applicable rights. Core on-device features remain available, but ads may be limited/non-personalized and some necessary analytics or diagnostics may continue. Deleting the app stops future SDK transmissions; previously transferred data follows Google's retention rules.

During this processing, the information described above may be processed or stored outside the user's country or region through Google LLC and its subprocessors.

7. Retention and destruction

On-device information follows the periods in Section 2 and is removed through the app's deletion controls or, subject to iOS behavior, when the app is deleted. The operator has no separate source copy to recover. Temporary files are removed as soon as their purpose is complete or at the app-specific cleanup point. Google-processed information follows Section 6 and Google's deletion process.

8. Your rights and how to exercise them

You can view, correct, delete, or reset on-device information in the app. Email hapinesspang@gmail.com to request access, correction/deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or information about international processing. The operator may request only the minimum information needed to verify the requester and will respond under applicable deadlines and procedures. If a legal exception applies, the reason and appeal route will be explained.

9. Security measures

10. Children and target audience

The current app is not designed or operated primarily for children under 13 and collects no child account, name, or contact details.

11. Complaints and remedies

Contact the privacy officer first. Users in Korea may also use the consultation, reporting, or mediation procedures of the Personal Information Protection Commission, KISA Privacy Infringement Report Center, or Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee.

12. Changes and contact
